Our People

Our firm works in partnership with you and your business. We seek to build long-term relationships with our clients, and understand your needs from the inside out. Our senior team comes from some of the world’s most respected firms, and one of our Directors oversees each account personally.

Fleming Stojanovski

Group Chief Executive Officer

Considered by some as the Bear Grylls of the accounting industry, Fleming is infamous for being the only CEO to ever headlong dumpster dive in search of misplaced client records, he denies this of course; mysteriously the office cleaner has never been seen again.

Andrew Kady

Director

As a director at CAAA, Andrew heads up our Parramatta Practice, leading a team who are advocates for simplifying the financial affairs of the clients they serve, and fighting the battle against rogue accountants who give out poor advice.

Keith Wilson

Director CAAA Corporate Advisory

Experience in startups? Don’t get Keith started, he’ll never stop. His knowledge and advice to clients on how to successfully run, buy and sell a business runs deep. Proof of the pudding is has co-founded and launched two innovative new businesses in Australia: The 1st Mobile Virtual Network Enabler and Red Bull Mobile. Client turned Director, Keith heads up our Corporate Advisory business.

Keith Johnson

Director

Fondly known as our resident IT and excel guru, Keith is actually a Director specializing in Business Services. He is meticulously hands on. If he’s not in his shed making something out of various timbers, he’ s working through strategic planning sessions, business development strategies, and much more.

Joanne Pappas

Director

Penalty kicks. Back heels. Throw-ins. Dribbling. These are phrases that roll off the tongue for Joanne, not at work, we hope. Joanne heads up CAAA Sutherland as director, and she’s a mad Western Sydney Wanderers fan. Just like in soccer, strategic thinking, building effective working relationships and taking a proactive approach extending well beyond compliance, these skills always comes into play with Joanne and her client portfolio.

Fiona Tindal

Group Chief Operating Officer

What’s it like to be at a firm from the very beginning? Just ask Fiona. Fiona has been with CAAA since its inception. As her role as Chief Operating Officer, Fiona has listened to, developed and watched the firm grow from a single partner practice with one accountant, to the multi-disciplined, multi-partner and multi-location firm it is today.

Khurram Jivani

Director

Just how many Quentin Tarantino flicks can you watch? According to Khurram, never enough. When you can tear him away as a Director of CAAA, he’s focusing on a serious quest. To put a stop to simplistic, generic advice for sophisticated problems. Instead, he believes nuance and bespoke solutions are needed for sophisticated clients and issues.

Silas Chan

Director CAAA Wong and Mayes

With Silas, there’s Jamie Oliver, Marco Pierre White or Heston Blumenthal, his rather aspirational go-tos for dinner inspiration. He loves nothing more than to research cooking recipes, comparing and experimenting. A curious hobby, but this fascination with detail has helped him in a professional sense too; all the way to director of CAAA.

Michael Kuster

Director

Ferrari? Lamborghini? Maserati? Nuh. None of that for Michael. It’s a Porsche or nothing. Being obsessed with one of the world’s most brilliantly engineered cars says a lot about Michael and his role as a director of CAAA. For him, driving a Porsche anywhere, anytime is not only one of life’s great pleasures, but it brings the simplicity and synchronicity of things together in one fluid motion.

Marina Firth

Group Marketing Manager

The thing with Marina is that she has so much belief. Sure they won 11 premierships in a row, but as a current St George Dragon supporter, it’s just tragic that she thinks they can win another premiership. She should simply stick to her fast pace role of Marketing Manager. At least at CAAA she gets the results on the board and is making a name for CAAA as a trailblazing, modern accounting firm.

Jason Occleshaw

Senior Manager

Under that cool, calm exterior, Jason likes to step into the unknown. You see he’s a Trekkie. An avid fan of the somewhat perplexing world of Star Trek. Now that’s not to say that he’s always lost in space. On the contrary, as a key member of the CAAA team his feet are firmly planted on terra firma, providing input on elements of the business that are invaluable.

David Cheng

Senior Manager

Now this is something that David gets a great kick out of. Planes. Trains. Automobiles. Not the movie from 1980s. It is about his passion in collecting and admiration of diecast models. He says it’s the fine detail and precision that holds his attention which also inspired him to apply the same standard in his daily work as Senior Manager at CAAA.

Ruzbeh Desai

Director CAAA Audit and Assurance

Infamous for preparing the most accurate of cash flow statements, by his own admission Ruzbeh sees financial statements even in his sleep, which is probably why he is the Director of our Audit and Assurance practice.
